Water Revolution
At 177 liters per person, bottled water consumption in Germany is 15 times higher today than it was in the 1970s. In doing so, we cause a lot of plastic waste and unnecessary CO2 emissions. With the project “Water Revolution – drinking tap water is climate protection” we want to reverse this madness and put drinking tap water into the spotlight.
Water Revolution on site
In a water district, a partner network of local water suppliers and other strong partners promote drinking water awareness in the neighborhood. The network advocates the advantages of tap water, is committed to better access to free drinking water and thus contributes to climate protection. A project advisory board supports the successful further development of the project.
